These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of call-the-pest-pro.lovable.app (the "Site") and the phone referral service offered by Call The Pest Pro, owned and operated by MGM Scale Craft LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or calling our number, you agree to these Terms.

1. Referral Service Only

Call The Pest Pro is a free referral service that connects consumers with independent service providers. We do not perform pest control or any other services, and we are not affiliated with any specific provider. Providers are independent businesses solely responsible for their services, pricing, licensing, insurance and conduct.

2. No Endorsement or Warranty

We do not endorse, recommend or guarantee any provider or the quality, timing, cost or results of any work. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the provider. You are responsible for verifying a provider's licenses and qualifications before hiring.

3. Call Recording Consent

Calls may be monitored and recorded for quality and compliance purposes. By calling, you consent to such recording.

4. Free to Consumers

Our referral service is free to you. We may receive compensation from providers or marketing partners when calls are connected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site or service, including placing fraudulent or harassing calls, interfering with Site operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to MGM Scale Craft LLC and may not be copied without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MGM SCALE CRAFT LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICES PERFORMED BY ANY PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MGM Scale Craft LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Site or service or your dealings with any provider.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
